• Order cancellations will be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Cancellation requests will not be accepted if the order has already been processed, shipped, or is out for delivery.
• If the order has already been dispatched, customers may refuse the delivery at the doorstep.
• Cancellation is not applicable on perishable items, custom-built vehicle parts, electrical components, or products marked as non-returnable.
• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
• Upon verification by the seller, a replacement or refund will be processed based on eligibility.
