This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of domain name www.aynamotors.in (“Website”), including the related mobile site and mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”).
The Platform is owned by Ayna Motors, located at Usman Abad, Bemina, Srinagar, Kashmir – 190018, Jammu & Kashmir, India (hereinafter referred to as “Platform Owner”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
Your use of the Platform and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. By mere use of the Platform, you shall be contracting with the Platform Owner and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute your binding obligations with the Platform Owner.

INDEMNITY
You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand arising from your breach of these Terms of Use, privacy policy or violation of applicable laws.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event will the Platform Owner be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages including loss of profits or data. Liability shall not exceed ₹100 (Rupees One Hundred Only) or the transaction value, whichever is lower.
FORCE MAJEURE
The Platform Owner shall not be liable for any failure due to causes beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, network failures, war, strikes, or government restrictions.
GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India.
